my favorite easy, adhd-friendly work lunch in august was a bowl with rice, grilled chicken strips, sliced cucumber, feta, and tzatziki. you could easily dress this up with additional toppings or swap out the protein for something else, like chickpeas for a veggie option or steak strips for some variety. i used pre-cooked chicken strips and minute rice cups to make it extra easy.fave song: love talk - wayv
